We seek a PhD biologist to fill a full-time faculty position in the Biology Unit at the Department of Sciences. The successful candidate will participate in instruction and further development of the Environmental Ecosystems concentration within the new B.S. degree program in Environmental Sciences. The candidate should be broadly trained in zoology with strengths in environmental and ecological issues relating to marine, freshwater, terrestrial invertebrates and ichthyology. AUS is currently developing a strong research profile. Faculty are expected to contribute to the research culture of the university and to publish in peer-reviewed journals.
