Senior Staff Position - Emeryville, CA
Geologist, engineer, or environmental specialist with 1-5 years experience needed to provide support on remediaiton-oriented tasks for servicing a major oil company. Position duties include work scoping, permitting, design, equipment procurment, subcontractor coordination and coordination of field activities. Involves review of field and analytical data, data tabulation, report writing, occasional field work, remediation system installation and O&M. Remedial techniques will include interim remediation actions using vacuum truck, hydrogen peroxide injection, SVE pilot testing, groundwater extraction and dual-phase extraction. Project Manager - San Ramon, CA
Manage UST sites for site investigation and remediation. Emphasis on subsurface investigation start to finish. Develop recommended work plan and track start to finish. Act as primary project contact with client and regulatory agencies. Design and coordinate installation of groundwater and soil vaport remediation systems. Remediation system processes and performance analysis. Basic construction/engineering (plumbing, mechanical, electrical). 4+ years in industry, 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER, Professional Registered Geologist a plus.
