Green Careers Center at the Rocky Mountain Sustainability Summit!
Join us at the 2009 Rocky Mountain Sustainability Summit: Forging Solutions at Colleges and Universities at the University of Colorado at Boulder, February 11-13. The Summit will provide a learning and networking forum for participants from campuses in the Rocky Mountain region to advance sustainability.
The Green Careers Center will present a Careers Seminar at the Rocky Mountain Sustainability Summit on Friday afternoon from 1:50 to 3:10 in the University Memorial Center. The seminar will feature panel presentations and discussion with Sustainability Professionals from an exceptional variety of backgrounds. The panelists will provide their organization profile, career advice and inside tips for both students beginning their career and for advancing a sustainability career. For the last 13 years Michael Cassio has served as President and CEO of e2M, a company which provides environmental science and engineering services to the public and private sectors. Mr. Cassio has developed environmental compliance assessment and sustainability processes implemented by many Department of Defense organizations and worked closely with the US Coast Guard on environmental compliance, hazardous waste management programs and pollution prevention initiatives.
