for a group of three to five salaried employees to carry out a combination
of technical and general activities assigned by the supervising
forester; compiles records, reports and project invoices for forwarding
to the offices; monitors quality of work and progress of subordinates
and contractors; assists in establishing general work priorities
and participates in annual work planning and budgeting; participates
in the training and development of Resource Aides and Assistants;
