Basic terms of a ECC downlink registration:
1. ECC and ODU agree to distribute via satellite transmission on October 5, 2004 one satellite conference entitled: Green Careers Conference of up to 120 minutes.
2. ECC agrees to provide a set of promotional materials for your organization.
3. ECC will issue you the satellite coordinates for the conference within 48 hours of the event.
4. Your organization agrees to return completed conference evaluation forms to ECC by October 12, 2004.

The registration entitles you to:
1. Downlink the program (available via C/Ku-band satellite)
2. Transmit the conference internally. Written permission is needed to transmit the program outside your college/organization.
3. Permission for the recording of the conference. Such recording may be reviewed and distributed among faculty, students, and others within your college community.

Liability
1. Your organization must ensure compliance with the 1990 Americans with Disabilities Act in displaying the video conference. Organization accepts liability for compliance and indemnifies ODU and ECC for all liabilities arising out of your organization’s failure to comply with the Act.
2. In case of cancellation or postponement, your fee will be applied to the next scheduled ECC careers video conference.
3. Neither ODU or ECC shall be liable for failure to deliver the conference due to circumstances beyond our control.

Fees
1. Your college or organization shall pay $195 for the conference license fee. This fee covers all participants at your site.
